In July, Sony distributed three PS4 games to PS Plus members – as a thank you for the tenth anniversary of the online service. Until the release of the August games, you will still link NBA 2K20, Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration and Erica with your PSN account. To celebrate the tenth anniversary Sony on the PlayStation blog released a small review of the "most sought-after games in the PlayStation bonus program".

The list includes games like Rocket League, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and Just Cause 3 – all of which were already part of PS Plus. However, the company does not reveal which factors were taken into account when compiling the list. We guess that the list was created based on the number of downloads for each game. It is also not known whether these are the world's most sought-after titles or if the compilation only reflects the German market. The list has not yet been published in the EU and US PlayStation blogs.

Striking: In a previously published Top 5 monthly games, which were redeemed worldwide on PS Plus, called Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Shadow of the Colossus, Sonic Forces and Destiny 2. The new version lacks Sonic Forces and Shadow of the Colossus List each track.
