Red Dead Redemption 2 can now also be experienced in VR. Developer Luke Ross has been working full-time on the mod for the Western title for six months and is now making a first version available as Early Access.

The VR version of Red Dead Redemption 2 is compatible with popular VR headsets. To gain access to the mod, players must be a supporter of the Patreon-Accounts by Luke Ross. For 9 euros a month you get all the necessary files and instructions on how to install the mod on your PC. In addition to the entire gameplay, the cutscenes of the Rockstar title can also be experienced in VR. In the latest video from UploadVR, players get a glimpse of the Red Dead Redemption 2 VR mod.

Luke Ross made a name for himself as a VR developer last year. A mod for Grand Theft Auto V has been available for some time, with which you can play the entire title in VR. The mod can currently be downloaded for free from Github downloaded. Luke Ross would also like to deal with VR mods in the future. His potential candidates currently include Cyberpunk 2077, Horizon Zero Dawn, Watch Dogs Legion or Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. Until then, the focus is initially on Red Dead Redemption 2. Here the developer will listen to the feedback from his supporters in the near future and publish regular updates for the mod. There is still no final release for his project.
