The remake of the action role-playing game Demon's Souls will be released exclusively for the PS5. As Sony has made clear, the reference to a PC version in the first version of the new trailer was a bug. However, it is not yet entirely clear whether this is a time-limited exclusivity.
As part of the big PS5 showcase yesterday evening, Sony released a new trailer for the remake of the action role-playing game Demon's Souls. Due to the gameplay scenes shown in elaborately designed graphics, the video caused one or the other dropped jaw. However, a brief note at the end of the trailer caused confusion for a short time. There was talk of a PC version.
As a Sony spokesman has now made clear to PC Gamer magazine, the remake of Demon's Souls appears (buy now € 27.99 ) but exclusively for the PS5. An implementation for the PC or other platforms is not currently planned. Also at the end of the trailer mentioned at the beginning it was read that this is probably a time-limited exclusivity and that the revised version of the action role-playing game may also appear at a later date off the PlayStation 5. However, the Sony spokesman reacted evasively to a more precise request in this regard. In any case, Sony has meanwhile replaced the trailer with a newer version that does not contain the listed information.
