The release of the Resident Evil 3 remake is imminent: The release is expected at midnight on PS4 and Xbox One. A different start time seems to apply to PC players on Steam. Here, the new edition apparently only starts in the early morning on the release day. The launch of the Resident Evil 3 remake is getting closer: The release will take place on April 3. Anyone who has pre-ordered a digital version for PS4 or Xbox One will probably be able to start the new edition of the popular survival horror classic at midnight. The activation for PC players on Steam seems to be a little later. As the Community managers on Resident Evil on Twitter writes, the Resi 3 remake will be released on Steam on April 3 at 7 a.m. A Preload is not planned on Steam. Pre-downloads are possible on PS4 and Xbox One. The current patch brings the main game to version number 1.03. The update primarily contains bug fixes such as sp1st.com reports.
Until the release of the Resident Evil 3 remake, you pass the waiting time with, for example Campaign demo. The trial version is available as a free download on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. In the demo you take the first steps – and familiarize yourself with the remake. The trial version also invites you to a Mr. Charlie scavenger hunt. You can find 20 loose dolls and collect additional points for your Resident Evil Ambassador account. A screen counter helps to keep track of found statues. Anyone looking into the Multiplayer Resistance mode wants to throw is given the opportunity to do so using an open beta. The trial version is available on PC, PS4 and Xbox One – on PC and PS4 started the beta with problems. Battles in 4-on-1 format await you in Resistance. As the villain, you take on the role of key characters in the series, such as Annette Birkin and Daniel Fabron, in various experiments. You play cards that manipulate the environment, set traps or armed security cameras. The goal: to stop the survivors. The group of survivors finally tries to escape from the mastermind.
