More than ten years after the announcement of the filming of Uncharted, filming has now officially been completed. The confirmation was announced today on the Twitter account. If everything goes according to plan, the film will be shown in theaters on July 15, 2021. Over the past few days, several pictures of the filming have been gradually released. Among other things, we also got a first look at leading actor Tom Holland as Nathan Drake. And Mark Wahlberg also presented Victor "Sully" Sullivan's famous schnauzer in a short video. The actor used the end of the shooting to show a Sully shirt on his Twitter profile.

In addition to Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg, Sophia Ali, Tati Gabrielle and Antonio Banderas will also be part of the Uncharted cast. But we don't yet know what roles these actors will take on. It is also known that it will be a new story and not a retelling of an already published game. Tom Holland embodies a much younger Nathan Drake in the film.

Uncharted originally began filming in March 2020. Due to the pandemic, however, production had to be temporarily paused. By the way, part of the film was shot in Berlin. Tom Holland is already busy with the next project. Filming for Spider-Man 3 began in Atlanta this week.
