Final Fantasy 14 fans can look forward to a showcase with several new announcements in the coming year. The Square Enix team reported the broadcast for February 6, 2021 at 2:30 a.m. UK time. However, the organizers have not yet revealed further details about the event. It is conceivable, among other things, that a new expansion for Final Fantasy 14 will be presented. The originally planned Fan Fest in November had to be canceled.
A new addition would definitely fit the rhythm of the RPG. The current add-on "Shadowbringers" was presented in November 2018. The unveiling of the previous two expansions "Stormblood" and "Heavensward" took place in October 2016 and October 2014. So it looks like the Fan Fest was scheduled for the announcement of the next expansion of Final Fantasy 14. So now patience is required.

However, there will be supplies for the next few weeks. On December 8, 2020, Square Enix will release the new patch 5.4 for the role-playing game. You can find the trailer for the "Futures Rewritten" update for Final Fantasy 14 in the trailer at the end of the report.
