Game Director Tetsuya Nomura said in an interview that there will be no quality differences between the main and side missions in Final Fantasy 7 Remake. The team deliberately chose fewer side quests to give them more meaning. In addition, Cloud, Tifa and Aerith will have several outfits for the "wall market" scene.
On April 10, 2020, Final Fantasy 7 Remake, the long-awaited re-release of the role-playing game, will initially appear exclusively for PlayStation 4. In an interview with Famitsu, Game Director Tetsuya Nomura has now spoken about the side missions that will be available to you throughout the story. According to Nomura, these side quests will be of the same quality as the main missions of the remake.
The team originally wanted to incorporate a large number into the role-playing game, but in the end they decided on fewer side tasks, which are now more important. In an interview, Nomura also confirmed that there will be several outfits for Cloud, Tifa and Aerith for the scene on the "Wall Market".
According to the Game Director, it also announced that no characters will be removed for the upcoming sequels. However, a new character from Kazushige Nojima's book "The Kids Are Alright: A Turks Side Story" will appear in the new edition. It is still unclear in how many parts the complete story of Final Fantasy 7 Remake will be told. The first spin-off will only play in Midgar.
A demo of the role-playing game has also been available for download from the PlayStation Store since yesterday. In this trial version, fans can take a look at the first chapter of the title. If you download the demo to your console in time, you can also look forward to an exclusive PS4 design for the release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
