Can fans look forward to new information about Silent Hill soon? Konami officials have opened an official Twitter account for the horror series. The publisher may also have hinted at an upcoming event. It is not the first time that there have been rumors of a revival of Silent Hill.
Publisher Konami closed a Twitter account almost a month ago Silent Hill started and nobody has really noticed it so far. Only now did the profile get more attention after Konami linked the account in a tweet. It looks like the DLC release account for Dead by Daylight was opened. This is where Pyramid Head made its in-game debut.
Even if the account has not yet been verified by Twitter, it should really be Konami's official channel for Silent Hill. A special statement in Konami's current tweet has fueled speculation among fans. According to the publisher, all news about the series will be passed on to fans either via the Twitter account or an event.
The suggestion for an announcement as part of an event, fans now want to connect with the rumors surrounding a new state of play from Sony. Sometime between August 5 and 11, 2020, the issue is expected to take place. Could Konami really have a new Silent Hill under development? In the past few months, there has always been evidence of a reboot that could arise at Sony. A revival of Silent Hills was also an issue at the time. But both Konami and Hideo Kojima have denied the rumors. We will probably find out in the next few weeks whether there is more to the account and the suggestions. We will of course keep you up to date here.
