Too strong opponents in games like attacking The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim requires a certain level of skill and ingenuity if we want to emerge victorious from the fight. An eight-year-old did just that under supervision of his caregiver – and used a trick we all know.
Practice early, including in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. You think you are a good player? You think you can do almost anything with your hundreds of hours in the game? Well, maybe you can, but can you make a giant with a level 3 character? If not, then this only eight year old player is better than you. At least in Skyrim. Or at least in knocking down strong opponents with well-known tricks.
Reddit user jkaugs reports of one Eight-year-old who only brought down a giant with arrows. The trick? The little one led the giant to an abandoned defense tower, himself hidden inside the ruin and arrows shot from there. Because of its size, the giant could not keep up and therefore had no chance of getting him into nirvana at one stroke:
"I told him that was a terrible idea, don't do it! The boy lured the damn thing into an abandoned defense tower, and all he had to do was shoot it through the door. It cost him every single arrow he had, but he did it! I'm really proud and I am no longer allowed to give him any advice. ”
If he doesn't get an arrow in his knee himself, the boy could become a damn great adventurer.
It should also be noted here that The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is actually only sold in Germany from the age of 16, in the USA the game even has the age restriction "Mature 17+". Letting such a young child play is not illegal, but should only be done under supervision. There are no question missions in the game that should be left out.
Now that I think about it, there is something magical and nostalgic about the whole story. Do you remember similar chases? Or tricks? I remember that since I was little hundreds of years ago and played Morrowind, that was exactly my emergency strategy: overpowered opponents were chased around trees or buildings and shot with arrows. Or else I nestled on the roofs of the cities, and arrows tirelessly hailed from there. Today I would not go through such an ordeal.
How about a new, sometimes fresh, visit to Skyrim?
If you have anything in The Elder Scrolls games really really want, well – then there is a way, that is without question the truth. So maybe the only difference between us and the 8-year-old boy is one thing: patience.
