Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 should actually be released in autumn 2020. First the title was postponed to the beginning of 2021 and then to the second quarter of 2021. Now CI Games got in touch with a hopefully final release date for the title and a first gameplay trailer.

Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 will be released on June 4, 2021 for PC, Playstation 4 and 5, as well as Xbox Series X | S. The game features a single player campaign in the modern Middle East with five sandbox maps, replayable missions, and sniper action at over 1,000 meters. Firing such shots accurately, however, is no easy feat. The Sniper Ghost Warrior series uses factors such as wind and bullet drop to create the most realistic gameplay possible. In addition to the sniper feeling, enemies can also be eliminated by cleverly sneaking up in close combat. A drone that can mark enemies is also included. Because every good military simulation needs a drone.

So far, CI Games has not yet been able to deliver a masterpiece with Sniper Ghost Warrior. So we rated most of the offshoots of the series, including Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 1, rather average to negative. Whether Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 (buy now € 39.99 ) can finally convince us, we will see on June 4th. However, the trailer shown so far definitely looks promising.
