The cat was already out of the bag before, but now it’s official: Sony has announced the new PS Plus games for August – and thus confirmed the advance leaks.
A few days ago the new PS Plus games for August were leaked on the Internet using a screenshot, but Sony has now officially announced which ones two other games for the PS4 the subscribers can look forward to:
Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville
In the colorful third-person shooter, plants and zombies fight again for supremacy in Neighborville. The different characters offer all sorts of different strengths and weaknesses, so that teamwork is required to bring the opponent to their knees.
Tennis World Tour 2
With Tennis World Tour 2, Sony also has a rather controversial sports game on offer for all tennis fans. With a Metascore of just 54 points, the developers could not convince the press, but the user score is surprisingly stable with 7.5 out of 10 points on the PS4. The best thing is to just take a sniff and see if the tennis simulation is good for you – it’s free after all.
While PS Plus owners signed up with Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, WWE 2K Battlegrounds and A Plague Tale: Innocence Pass the time, the first free game for August has already been announced. The announcement was made at Sony State of Play with a brand new game that you can play with PS Plus shortly after its release – as always, of course, completely free of charge.
