Stalker 2: Sequel gets a new hero

The development studio GSC Game World has recently released a teaser for the action game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 now postponed some interesting information.

A new hero

In the scene from S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, which you can see in the teaser, the new hero Ski is in the ruins of a school, which is located on the outskirts of the dead city of Pripyat. Although it is a dangerous place, Skif plans to pursue recently identified activities here. He finds a campfire with a guitar. However, the hero hardly has time to investigate this situation because he discovers the signature of an anomaly. Ski knows that this could kill him in an instant and must therefore seek protection quickly. He finds this in an abandoned building. His PDA doesn't work there, which promises to be a dangerous situation. And then a figure emerges in the shadows, but ski seems strangely familiar …

The development team also says that we should remember the name Ski, as it will still play a role in future updates. And if you think you have recognized the music in the teaser: It comes from the song "Life Line" by the Russian rock band Splean. "We would like to end this update with a development status. We are making good progress, also with the Xbox Series X / S versions. The aim is to deliver the game in the highest possible quality on every platform for which it has been announced. With a fast SSD , RTX support (both Series X and S) and 4K resolution (Series X) we look forward to seeing how STALKER 2 evolves into the ultimate experience we originally promised, "the statement said.
