A fan theory about the dark sword from Star Wars could mean that we will see a well-known hero in the series Star Wars: The Mandalorian.
The dark sword, in English Darksaber, has a rich history and emerged at the end of the first season of the series Star Wars: The Mandalorian on. A gun fan theory sounds very exciting.
Attention! Here are potential spoilers!
The dark sword is only legitimately transferred to the person who kills the previous owner in a fight or through a legitimate inheritance. So the rules of the Mandalorians demand it. At the end of the first season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian, we see Moff Gideon in possession of the gun, but is he the rightful owner?
In the Star Wars: The Clone Wars series, Pre Vizsla was the owner of the dark sword, who inherited it from his ancestors. Pre Vizsla was defeated in the battle by Darth Maul, who subsequently became the rightful owner of the sword. Darth Maul is killed by Obi-Wan Kenobi in the Rebels series. The weapon should now basically belong to the Jedi Master. Obi-Wan, on the other hand, died at the hands of Darth Vader / Anakin Skywalker, which would make him the legitimate owner of the dark sword.
In conclusion, the weapon should have passed to his son Luke Skywalker through a legal inheritance upon Vader's death. Accordingly, Luke would basically be the legitimate owner of the dark sword. But in the series Star Wars: The Mandalorian we see Moff Gideon with the weapon and in the series Rebels we see Sabine Wren handing the sword to Pre Vizsla's former right hand Bo-Katan … But that should be the rules of the Mandalorians According to that, it shouldn't be allowed.
Could this fan theory about the property of the dark sword mean that Luke Skywalker appears in the series? After all, he was still alive at the time and had no children to whom he could have passed on the weapon. Maybe Luke is looking for the sword?
In season 2 of Star Wars: The Mandalorian, which is scheduled to launch via Disney + later this year, we're sure to learn more about the history of the dark sword and how Gideon came into possession of it.
