Until May 26th, all "Play Station 4" owners have the chance to get the Starter Edition of Final Fantasy 14 free of charge from the PlayStation Store. This includes the base game A Realm Reborn and one month of free game time.

You own a Play Station 4 and have always wanted to try Final Fantasy 14? Then the ideal opportunity has come! Because it is currently possible to use the Starter Edition completely free of charge PlayStation Store to obtain.

With the Starter Edition you have access to all content of the base game A Realm Reborn, which originally appeared in August 2013. This allows you to play your combat and craft classes up to level 50 and experience the main scenario from patch 2.0 to 2.55. Many other content, such as the Gold Saucer amusement park or the PvP battlefields, are also available to you. The three extensions Heavensward, Stormblood and Shadowbringers are excluded from the Starter Edition.

Of course, you still have the option of only getting to the free trial version of Final Fantasy 14 to try and extend it later by the trial month of the Starter Edition. However, keep in mind that the offer in the PlayStation Store is only available until May 26th.
