The Pirate MMO Sea of Thieves is no longer at the top of the Steam sales charts. The VR headset Valve Index can now be found there, while the former number 1 has dropped several ranks. But the other top 10 are also worth a closer look.

In the past few weeks, the pirate MMO Sea of Thieves has been at the top of the Steam sales charts shortly after its release. But in the meantime, the reign in the top 10 is over, because the VR Heeadset Valve Index can now be found in first place. The former number 1, however, has lost a lot of ground and is currently in third place – and is still on the podium.

In second place is Persona 4 Golden, which was able to climb a few places shortly after its launch. New features include the space game Hardspace: Shipbreaker and the PC version of the action adventure Detroit: Become Human. In addition, the first-person shooter Titanfall 2 was able to push itself back into the top 10 thanks to a discount campaign. The currently heavily criticized Torchlight 3 and the remastered version of the Command & Conquer Collection had to take their hat off. The perennial favorite Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is also no longer in the top 10.

Incidentally, the amount of sales achieved is decisive for the placement of the individual games in the Steam sales charts. The charts are weekly in one XML feed on Steam spent. The following charts refer to the period from June 15 to June 21, 2020:

  1. Valve Index VR Kit
  2. Persona 4 Golden
  3. Sea of Thieves
  4. Hardspace: Shipbreaker
  5. Detroit: Become Human
  6. Satisfactory
  7. The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition
  8. Destiny 2: Beyond Light Deluxe Edition
  9. Titan case 2
  10. Outer wilds
