TES V Skyrim: Now on sale, cheap for Nintendo Switch – Gamesaktuell
The role-playing classic Skyrim is currently particularly cheap for Nintendo Switch: In the current sale you get the popular open-world adventure for half the price. The successful porting of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim can be found in the Nintendo eShop.
Although The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim has been proud for nine years, the genre classic is still hugely popular. The version for Nintendo Switch in particular is in demand among role-playing fans, but normally it is with 45 to 60 euros strikes. For a cheaper price, Skyrim is unfortunately rarely available for Switch, even for used goods you will usually still have to pay 35 to 40 euros. But those who have so far struggled with the purchase can now slaughter the piggy bank: Skyrim is currently available for Nintendo Switch at half the price, directly as a download via the Nintendo eShop.
Here you will find the cheap offer:
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Switch) in Nintendo eShop for 29.99 euros
So you only pay half of the usual price. The download version installs on your console with approx. 15 GB and includes the English voice output as standard, but you can also the German language package directly through the eShop download.
Skyrim is that good for Nintendo Switch
In addition to the excellent port of The Witcher 3, Skyrim is one of the best open-world adventures you can get for the Nintendo Switch. Although visible cuts have been made in terms of foresight and texture resolution, the switch version shines with solid performance, good playability and (especially compared to PS3 and Xbox 360) more than decent loading times. Visually, some features of the Special Edition have been adopted, for example, more beautiful water and lighting effects can be seen and all official DLCs are included. You can find even more information about The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim for Switch in our big review.
However, you will have to wait a while for the official successor The Elder Scrolls 6, which has already been announced. Allegedly leaked information about TES 6, which, according to unconfirmed rumors, could be subtitled Redfall, has recently turned out to be a fake.
