The Division 2: Try Shooter for free before the start of the expansion – game updates
The Division 2 will be free to try on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in the coming days. The makers of Ubisoft announced this before the launch of the new extension. The shooter will be available without restrictions. If you like the game, you can then transfer your progress to the full version, which is currently digitally available with high discounts.
Before The Division 2's Warlords of New York started, the Ubisoft team announced a free trial for all players who haven't tried the shooter yet. From February 27 to March 2, 2020, the title will be playable on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One at no additional cost. The expansion will appear a day later – at the latest here you have to get the full version of The Division 2 (buy now for € 25.00) pay if you want to continue playing.
There will be no restrictions on the game during the trial period. So you get access to all content of the standard version of The Division 2. You can then transfer your progress into the full game if you decide to buy the title. Ubisoft currently offers the shooter with high discounts in all stores. Just under 10 euros are currently due for The Division 2 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. This promotion will continue until the end of the current week.
In our preview of Warlords of New York, we already talked extensively about the expansion for The Division 2. In addition to new content, players can also look forward to an increase in the level limit, which will then be 40. In the past few days, Ubisoft has also published several videos about the add-on. This includes the CGI trailer, which we have included below for you, as well as a animated short film to Warlords of New York.
