The third episode of Season 2 of the Star Wars: The Mandalorian series takes the story a long way. We're meeting someone who should look familiar to fans, and this meeting leads to something even more interesting.

Danger! Here are spoilers!

In the third episode of Season 2, the Mandalorian Din Djarin is together with the child on the water planet Trask. There he wants to find some hidden Mandalorians. These are not long in coming. The three are Bo-Katan Kryze (played by Katee Sackhoff), Koska Reeves (wrestler Sasha Banks) and Ax Woves (Simon Kassianides). Surprisingly, the three of them take off their helmets, which goes against the Mandalorian code. They explain to Din Djarin that he belongs to a sect of religious fanatics who do not allow the helmet to be removed just to distinguish themselves from others of their kind.

Despite the tension between the Mandalorians, Bo-Katan offers to help the Mando in his search. He has to find the Jedi. But first he is supposed to help her and the other two steal a load of weapons from the Empire. It comes to a fight with the shock troopers known from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Since Din Djarin helps them, they tell him where to find Ahsoka Tano.

This confirms some of the rumors of the past: Bo-Katan Kryze shows up and we will meet Ahsoka Tano. It gets interesting when Din Djarin learns that Ahsoka isn't actually a Jedi at all. Can she still help him or does he have to keep looking for the medal? If he has to find "true" Jedi, there would basically only be Luke Skywalker, who should be the last of the Jedi at the time. Could this mean that we might see Luke in Star Wars: The Mandalorian in the future? But now the meeting with Ahsoka Tano is coming up, which is sure to be very interesting.
