At the beginning of the new week we will of course take another look at the current Steam sales charts. It is easy to see that there is now a new leader to be announced. The loot shooter Outriders lost its great momentum after the launch and had to vacate the throne. The co-op game It Takes Two from the development studio Hazelight can now be found there, which has always been in wait until now. In second place is the add-on Stellaris: Nemesis followed by the VR headset Valve Index.
Outriders, on the other hand, has currently slipped to fifth place and thus completely thrown off the podium. We can also welcome some returnees in the top 10 of the Steam sales charts. Some of these benefited from recently organized discount campaigns. These include Satisfactory, the add-on Monster Hunter World: Iceborne and the scary game The Forest. However, games like Halo: The Master Chief Collection and The Binding of Isaac: Repentance have been thrown out. The Complete Edition of Horizon: Zero Dawn is also no longer in the top 10.
For the placement of the individual games in the Steam sales charts, the amount of sales achieved is decisive. The charts are weekly in one XML feed on Steam issued. The following charts relate to the period from April 12 to April 18, 2021 Here is an overview:
- It Takes Two
- Stellaris: Nemesis
- Valve Index VR Kit
- Sea of Thieves
- Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
- The Forest
- Forza Horizon 4
