GOG.com expands the current sale for spring and shows on a subpage which PC games can currently be downloaded free of charge. Members have the opportunity to grab more than 20 full PC versions for free. The list includes PC games like Tyrian 2000, Ultima 4: Quest of the Avatar, Worlds of Ultima and Stargunner. The campaign runs under the heading "Stay at home". In the current GOG sale, the store advertises with more than 2,500 deals and discounts of up to 90 percent.
GOG.com gives a small update on the current spring sale. In a recent blog entry, the download platform says: "Many of you know that GOG.com will spend a little more time at home in the coming days and weeks for security reasons." In order to prevent the spread of the new type of corona virus, the GOG employees will soon be working in the home office.
Under the motto "stay at home", the store has created a list of the full PC versions on a subpage that are currently available free of charge. "Enjoy some of the best classic DRM-free titles at home and stay safe," writes GOG.com. The list of Free games at GOG.com comprises more than 20 PC games and can be reached via this link. Full versions such as Beneath a Steel Sky, Bio Menace, Cayne, Flight of the Amazon Queen, The Lords of the Midnight, Tyrian 2000, Ultima 4: Quest of the Avatar and Worlds of Ultima: The Savage Empire are included.
Some of the games have been available free of charge at GOG.com for a long time. With the new subpage you now get a better overview of the free games. In the current GOG Spring Sale you can secure further game supplies. There are more than 2,500 PC games on offer – with discounts of up to 90 percent. So it should be worth it.
