As of today, you can get the next free game in the Epic Games Store. The download platform is once again putting together a new game gift for its members this week. Players with an active account will start to download For the King for PC later in the day. The activation will most likely take place at 5 p.m. The strategy game is then available for seven days free of charge in the Epic Games Store. It is not yet known whether and which PC games will then be distributed free of charge. Until the release of For the King, the three PC games that the shop has given away in the past few days are still available free of charge.
As of today, the Epic Games Store gives you access to another free PC game. The download platform has put together another game package. During the day you start the downloads at For the King. The activation will take place around 5 p.m. The strategy game is then available free of charge for seven days. So you have until January 16 to secure For the King for PC for free. The only requirement is an active account in the Epic Games Store. Once you have linked the free game to your profile, you will now have unlimited access to the full version. So you can play For the King indefinitely and permanently.
In For the King, each game cycle starts on a procedurally generated map. The same applies to quests and events during a game. It is up to you whether you explore the PC strategy alone or with friends. For the King offers both local and online co-op. You can get impressions of the game in the video below.
