Valorant will be released on June 2nd and everyone will start from scratch

Riot Games Shooter Valorant has been in closed beta since early April 2020. The official release is due in just a few weeks, but before that it is wiped through again.

In a press release, Riot Gams announced that Valorant's closed beta is over on May 28, 2020 and then the wrapper on the official release on June 2, 2020 to prepare.

Closed beta players could take part who could get access via Twitch-Drops. Riot Gams distributed the beta keys to the community over many different streamers and the game naturally boomed enormously on the streaming platform.

The short phase after the end of beta uses Riot Games to reset all existing accounts so that everyone can start the game with the same requirements. However, there is also new content, which includes a new agent and a new map. Also new a new game mode be, but which will still be marked as a beta test.

Riot Games also announced in the press release that players already can expect further new content shortly after the release. Many new players are expected for Valorant, which is why new servers will be added in Atlanta, Dallas, London, Madrid and Warsaw.
