Accordingly, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 (buy now for € 59.99) reached the status "systems-complete". Thus, the team will not add any more gameplay mechanics or features, but will continue to work with the current framework – all important systems are ready for use. The next step is a no less extensive beta phase in 2020, in which numerous employees will have to take care of balancing, eliminating bugs and tweaking the actual gameplay. According to Hardsuit Labs, it may well happen that the release version of the game comes with fewer features than was found in the Alpha.
Speaking of release: When exactly Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 for the PC and consoles will be released is still not clear. Hardsuit Labs had recently postponed its release indefinitely. Although the objective is still to launch the action role-playing game on the market next year, there is currently no specific date. We assume that the release can be expected towards the end of 2020.
