Ash vs. Evil Dead
Release on Netflix: 30. April
Sam Raimi’s cult film Dance the Devil Continues: In the horror series Ash vs. Evil Dead if the world is suddenly threatened by a horde of zombies – how could it be otherwise? Ash (played by Bruce Campbell of course) becomes the hope of humanity, after all, he already knows his way around the beasts. Showrunners include Sam Raimi himself and his brother Ivan Raimi. On Netflix, all three seasons will appear at once with ten episodes each.
Premiere on Netflix: 2. April
Concrete Cowboy celebrates its premiere on Netflix on April 2nd: The city drama sends you to Philadelphia, where 15-year-old Cole has to live with his estranged father (Idris Elba) from now on. Based on the real equestrian club Fletcher Street Stables, his father introduces Cole more and more to the world of urban cowboys who fight crime in the streets on horseback.
Love and Monsters
Premiere on Netflix: 14. April
The actor Dylan O’Brian, known from Teen Wolf, has not been seen in a while after Maze Runner: Now he’s back in a comedy-action monster film that reviews claim to be pure entertainment: Love and Monsters was funded by the Stranger Things producers and follows young Joel in a world overrun by monsters. When he finds out that his girlfriend lives 85 miles from him, he begins a monstrous journey.
