Pokémon GO: Battle League Season 10 – What, When, Where?

Pokémon GO’s 10th season of the Battle League begins on November 29, 2021 at 10 p.m. German time.

Note the following details about the start of the season:

  • Your GO Battle League rank will drop back to level 1.
  • The same requirements for advancement apply as in season 9.
  • You can claim your Season 10 rewards from the battle screen.
  • Pokémon from Fight League encounters are easier to catch than before.

The schedule for the 10th season is as follows:

  • November 29th to December 13th, 2021: Superleague and Superleague remix
  • December 13th to December 27th, 2021: Hyperliga, Hyperliga-Remix and Holidy-Cup
  • December 27, 2021 to January 10, 2022: Master League, Master League Classic and Holidy Cup
  • January 10 to January 24, 2022: Super League and Sinnoh Cup
  • January 24th to February 7th, 2022: Hyperleague and Hyperleague Premier Classic
  • 07 February to 21 February 2022: Master League, Master League Premier Classic and Love Cup
  • February 21 to February 28, 2022: Superliga, Hyperliga, Master League and Johto-Cup

In addition, there will be three days of combat in season 10, during which you can contest 20 combat sets and receive four times the amount of stardust as a reward:

There will be the following cups in the 10th Battle League season of Pokémon GO:

  • Super League remix without the following Pokémon: Bisaflor, Nidoqueen, Alola-Vulnona, Azumarill, Nachtara, Panzaeron, Sumpex, Muntier, Zobiris, Meditalis, Altaria, Deoxys in the form of defense, Bollterus, Irokex, Apoquallyp, Fltunlik, Voltula, Fiaro, Barrikadax
  • Hyper League Remix without the following Pokémon: Bisaflor, Alola-Sleimok, Nachtara, Sumpex, Impoleon, Togekiss, Giratina in der Wandelform, Cresselia, Fiaro, Barrikadax
  • Holiday Cup: only Pokémon with a maximum of 1,500 WP; Normal, Plant, Electric, Ice, Flying, and Spirit Pokémon only

Pokémon GO: Changed and new attacks of the 10th Battle League season

The developers have revised the following attacks for the 10th season:

  • Rock Tomb – Trainer Battles: The attack of the opposing Pokémon is guaranteed to be reduced.
  • Slap – Trainer Battles: 5 → 4 damage
  • Beetle growl – damage slightly increased, trainer fights: 90 → 100 damage, arena fights and raid fights: 90 → 100 damage

There are also a number of new attacks:

  • Donphan can now learn the body slam charge attack.
  • Noctuh can now learn the Haunted Ball charge attack.
  • Magcargo can now learn the Cremate Instant Attack and the Rock Tomb Load Attack.
  • Octillery can now learn the Target Shot Instant Attack.
  • Mogelbaum can now learn the rock grave load attack.
  • Stollrak can now learn the Rock Tomb Charge Attack.
  • Stolloss can now learn the rock grave charge attack.
