On the official World of Warcraft forum, Community Manager Kaivax announced that the character transfer service will be closed on April 30th. The pre-patch of Burning Crusade Classic could therefore await us in May.
Im last buffedCast We first talked about the fact that the Blizzard developers have now made almost all of the content of the first content phase of WoW: Burning Crusade Classic available for testing in the closed beta. So it shouldn’t take too long until the pre-patch.
Well sets a post from Community Manager Kaivax in the official World of Warcraft forum (buy now 14,99 € ) an exclamation mark behind our guess. Blizzard will temporarily close the character transfer service on April 30th at 7:00 p.m. CET. The reason:
“In order to prepare our system for saving the scores of player characters from WoW Classic and to make them playable separately on realms from Burning Crusade Classic and era realms from WoW Classic, we will be on duty for Temporarily close character transfers in this region. “
The developers had already said a few weeks ago that the characters would be saved immediately before the pre-patch is released. Unfortunately, they don’t want to give a specific date either:
“The actual saving of the scores of all player characters will take place after the closure. The corresponding date will be announced at a later point in time.”
The character transfers are expected to remain closed for several weeks, the closure should not affect the digital shop or the various services of World of World of Warcraft: Shadowlands. If you want to find out more about the chargeable character clone service that comes with the pre-patch, you’ve come to the right place:
