WoW Patch 8.3: Mechagnome – Operation Mechagon Heroic
With the just released patch 8.3 of the World of Warcraft expansion Battle for Azeroth you can play the allied people of the Mechagnome. However, there is a small catch, because the mechagon storyline and its success must have been completed by an alliance character. Below is a tip for the last step.
The "Megadungeon" Operation Mechagon, which was introduced in patch 8.2 and was initially only available in mythical mode, was to become one of the highlights of the current expansion World of Warcraft Battle for Azeroth, especially for friends of engineering. While the instance looks really great, the time it took to completely play through it was previously inappropriately high. Furthermore you have to complete the complete Mechagon History strand defeat the final boss King Mechagon, otherwise the Mechagnome will not be unlocked as a playable race.
The developers responded to the criticism in the forums and therefore split Operation Mechagon in the current Patch 8.3 "Visions of N'Zoth" into two parts – the junkyard and the workshop, with King Mechagon as the final boss in the workshop. In addition, these are now also available in a heroic, significantly lighter version via the group search tool, so that nothing stands in the way of completing the Mechagon quest series.
