Season 4 of the current World of Warcraft expansion, Battle for Azeroth, starts on January 22nd and brings the new affix "Awakened" for mythical keystone dungeons, the heroic mode for the Battle for Dark Coast and much more. Here you can see the survival guide for the new content.

With the planned maintenance work for World of Warcraft on January 22, 2020, the second part of Patch 8.3 will be released. The following content awaits you:

  • The new Ny'alotha raid is now available on Normal and Heroic difficulty.
  • Season 4 begins.
  • Seasonal reward items (dungeons, PvP, world quests) have been increased by 30 and can now be corrupted by N'Zoth.
  • Dungeon difficulty has been increased on Heroic and Mythic difficulty.
  • This week, Mythic Keystone Dungeons and Rated PvP rewards have a maximum item level of 445 (Mythic +6 or PvP rank 2).
  • Mythic Keystone Dungeons or PvP reward chests that open this week include rewards similar to those of the previous season 3 week, but can be war or titanium forged.
  • The item level for weekly rewards now increases to Mythical +15. For this difficulty level, you will receive an item with item level 475 in the weekly reward chest. This chest can be opened from January 28th.
  • The Dark Coast War Front now has heroic difficulty that grants item level 460 rewards. Please note: Heroic difficulty becomes available in every region from the first war front after the start of season 4.
  • All items that are not updated for Season 4 (such as items from the Eternal Palace or the Heroic War Front Arathi) can still be war or titanium forged up to a maximum item level of 455, but not spoiled.
  • Titan Residuum is available again.
  • The prices of all items that can be bought with Titan Residuum have been adjusted. This also includes the new items from season 4.
  • A weekly reward chest for Mythic +10 grants 1,700 Titan Residuum. Each additional level increases this value by a further 90 Titan Residuum. An example: For Mythic +15 you get 2,150 Titan Residuum.
  • Item level 475 tokens cost 20,000 Titan Residuum. Random item counters with item level 475 cost 4,750 Titan Residuum.
