WoW Shadowlands: Leveled too much
Trapped forever on an island. What is a nightmare for some has become a hobby for some WoW players and their twinks. Some even hold out – admittedly involuntarily – in the new starting area of WoW Shadowlands (Island of Exiles).
At the latest after the legendary pandaren doubleagent, who never left the starting area of the pandaren and reached the maximum level by collecting herbs and ores without joining a faction, WoW players have found pleasure in this type of level process.
On the PTR for Shadowlands, Redditor had Cmdr_B_Hawkins_Jr similar to the double agent. He wanted to test the level to which the mobs would scale in the new scenario for WoW newbies (Island of Exiles). The answer: Up to level 10. There are also no ores and herbs on the island, let alone professional teachers. The scenario is designed up to level 9 or 10, after which you will be sent from the island to your respective capitals (Orgrimmar / Stormwind), depending on the faction. In this case, it is not possible to laboriously play at the maximum level in the starting area – sorry, double agents.
At level 14, the Redditor then decided to complete the last quests on the island. After an introduction to the basics of WoW (buy now for 14.54 €) The game experience for new players on the island of the exiles ends with a visit to a dungeon, for which you register alone and play with two NPCs. This way, newbies learn how to use the dungeon browser.
The crux: By level 13 at the latest, the level for logging in via the dungeon tool is too high. If this happens to you, you are forever trapped on the island of the exiles! This is of course not intended and the Redditor has already reported the error as a bug on the test realm.
